Abstrak

Bullying remains a common problem in schools and has the potential to hinder students' social, emotional, and academic development. Initial observations at Wasur 2 Elementary School in Merauke Regency revealed several behaviors that lead to bullying, such as teasing, extortion, pushing, and fighting between students. This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge, awareness, and attitudes in preventing bullying behavior in the school environment. The methods used included observation, outreach, educational games, discussions, and value reflections involving students in grades III, IV, and V. The results of the activity showed that students were able to understand various forms and impacts of bullying, increase empathy towards peers, and demonstrate a more positive attitude in interacting with their social environment. Educational games and discussions have proven effective in increasing students' active participation, while value reflections help internalize the values of empathy, tolerance, and mutual respect. Overall, this activity makes a positive contribution in supporting the creation of a safe, comfortable, inclusive, and bullying-free school environment.
