Buku ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang metode pendidikan orang dewasa dengan pendekatan andragogi, yang mengutamakan pembelajaran yang relevan dengan pengalaman hidup dan kebutuhan individu dewasa. Pembaca akan menemukan paparan dasar-dasar pendidikan orang dewasa, serta pentingnya memahami perbedaan mendasar antara pedagogi dan andragogi. Andragogi menekankan peran aktif individu dalam proses belajar, yang tidak hanya bergantung pada pengajaran, tetapi juga pada pengalaman hidup dan motivasi internal, teori andragogi dalam pendidikan orang dewasa, dinamika pembelajaran orang dewasa dan metode pengajaran dalam pendidikan orang dewasa yang melibatkan pendekatan yang lebih partisipatif, kolaboratif, serta berbasis masalah. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan orang dewasa juga mendapat perhatian khusus dalam buku ini.
